Many Christians are adopting the new “spirituality” and tossing out orthodoxy like an old ragged pair of jeans. Believers have settled into “progressive churches” and have lost touch with objective truth found in God’s Word. Followers of Jesus Christ must submit to the absolute authority of the Bible. Jesus said, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God'" (Matthew 4:4).
What Paul referred to as a “different gospel” has been introduced into churches through music, books, false teachers and unorthodox movements. The authority of the Bible is trumped by what is deemed politically correct, thus watering down the Gospel of Jesus Christ. “Liberal or conservative,” says Chuck Colson, “if you weaken the Bible as your authority, you give up more than just some ancient set of dogmas and rules. You give up joy, excitement, the very heart of the Christian faith. You lose what I call the thrill of orthodoxy—the exhilaration of experiencing and living out eternal truth that has been lived through the ages.”
So, if the Bible isn’t a Christian’s authority, what is? Short answer: Anything he or she wants it to be. You sort of make up your religion as you go along. Does this strike a cord?
Christianity has become a blend of religious beliefs. Add a pinch of modern psychology, a dash of Buddhism, a teaspoonful of Catholic mysticism, a cup of New Age spirituality, mix well, and viola! You’ve cooked up a batch of New Age Christianity."

'Foreign Terrorist Organization' Reaches Out to Michael Moore, Noam Chomsky

BOGOTA, Colombia — Colombia's largest rebel group is calling on Denzel Washington, Oliver Stone and Michael Moore to help it reach a deal with the government on exchanging imprisoned guerrillas for rebel-held hostages, including three U.S. citizens.
The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, better known as the FARC, issued a letter made public Thursday asking the celebrities to advocate the swap to the American people.
"To the people of the United States, we ask for your always generous solidarity to pressure President Bush and his government to support a prisoner exchange in Colombia," said Raul Reyes, the chief spokesman for the FARC.
The letter was also addressed to leftist academics Noam Chomsky, James Petras and Angela Davis, as well as activist Jesse Jackson.
Calls to representatives of those addressed in the letter were not immediately returned.

Y’know, when I see videos of young Muslim young men slicing their heads with straight razors in a frenzied jihadic pep rally, and then I see videos of our young pimps and thugs, or our Queer Eyed for Straight Guy males and our Darwinian throw back Jack Ass 2 droogies, I get a real bad feeling. It’s the feeling that if our civilian teens/twentysomethings were ever to go toe to toe with post-pubertal Islamic terrorists that our young ‘uns would get hammered like a loose board at John DiResta’s house.
Our soft and stupid culture is setting us up to be no match for these Muslim youth who are being wet nursed in Islamic death cults, being fueled with Muslim madness in a land with zero economic opportunity and are feasting feverishly on a steady diet of Anti-American disdain.
Yep, all things being equal, I believe they will eventually clean our kid’s clock if we don’t get a pro-American, kiss-my-butt attitude back into our warp and woof. These Muslim boys who currently reside across the sea (and some across your street) are not your normal young men.
This is sort of a problem for me. Why? Well, once again, Muslim young men dig jihad, and our youth love hair gel, teeth grills and blue jeans that are 17 sizes too big. Al Qaeda operative Maulana Inyadullah put it succinctly, “[Americans] love Pepsi, and we love death.” This is not some moody, PMS phase Islam is currently going through. This is their MO.

It is rarely as easy as Martin Luther’s posting of his 95 thesis that launched the Reformation and loosed the grip of the Catholic Church on the governance of Europe or when Henry VIII pushed Rome out of England to create the Anglican Church.
When, however, did the tiny Muslim community in America, estimated to be between two and three million—by contrast there are some six million Jews in America—begin to assert its takeover? I am going to mark it from October 19, 2006 when the Star-Ledger, New Jersey’s largest circulation daily, ran an article, “She’s got it covered: Designer seeks to dress the style-conscious Muslim woman” in its feature news section.
“Many Muslim women wear hijab as an expression of the Islamic tradition of modesty,” noted the article about a 27-year old American Muslim fashion designer. Born to a Jewish mother and a Catholic father, she had converted to Islam as a student at New York University after she married her husband, a Muslim.
When the media begin to find ways to offer up a positive image of Islam, you know they have probably decided that the game is over and we in the West have lost. The American media is expert at showing the white flag of surrender. They have been trumpeting the end of the world for decades now. "

The political pundits all tell us that Americans have grown weary of the bloodshed in Iraq and the loss of our troops sent to topple Saddam Hussein and help the Iraqis establish a working, secular democracy. They say the Democrat Party will win and, true to their promise, will begin to “redeploy” our troops from there and Afghanistan.
The Republicans and the Bush Administration urge us to stay the course in its efforts to transform the Middle East and defuse the Islamic threat to the United States and the West.
One thing Americans know for sure is that we are no longer safe from attack in our homeland. We learned that on 9-11, but that awful day recedes now in our collective memory. The experts tell us America will be attacked again.
So, on Election Day we must vote as if our lives depended on it, because they do.

The problem with the Bush administration is that not enough of its officials have read the U.S. Constitution. Take, for example, Section 2 of Article 2. When dealing with foreign nations, it says that the President “shall have the power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur….”
So, why is President Bush and his administration seeking to establish a North American Uni0n that would, in effect, abolish the borders between Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America?
Moreover, it would involve our government in so many common regulatory mandates with these two nations as to render the sovereignty of the United States a memory of what national self-governance is supposed to be. The name of this effort is called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and, guess what, it has not been submitted to the Senate for its oversight or concurrence because, by some magic of governmental definition, it is not a treaty. Instead, its administration is buried in the bowels of the Commerce Department. It does have, however, the blessing of the political and corporate elites of all three nations.

BELLEVUE, WA – In what can only be a carefully-timed, deliberate insult to the United States and its Constitution, the United Nations is hosting a conference on global gun control aimed directly at our Second Amendment, on dates that include our national holiday, July 4.
The U.N. Conference on Global Gun Control, scheduled June 24-July 7, poses a direct threat to our constitutionally-protected individual right to keep and bear arms, said Alan Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF). Gottlieb will attend the conference, but he suggests that this may be an opportune time for Congress and the White House to reconsider this nation’s level of financial support for an international organization that now wants to write a treaty that specifically attacks a cornerstone of our federal constitution, and the lynchpin to our liberty.

By its nature, Christianity is both a patriarchal and hierarchal religious and philosophical worldview. Since it teaches that mankind is ‘fallen’ (has a sinful nature which is the source of evil) it requires as a consequence, that moral constraints (social taboos) be placed on man’s sin-nature to encourage him not to act upon sinful urges, which always eventually lead to suffering and evil. The seven great sins are: pride (self-love), envy, wrath, gluttony, lust, sloth, and greed--the source of all manmade social ills and suffering. Moral constraint builds self-discipline. A society in which self-discipline is viewed as a virtue is a society that has high social standards, among which is honesty, reliability, fidelity, loyalty, trustworthiness, efficiency, etc. This is a dynamic, productive society that values achievement and good work ethics.
While all men are sinners, the majority of mankind can and will, accept moral constraints. However, into every generation are born some who absolutely will not. Even as children, these Cain-like individuals will be rebellious, contemptuous, spiteful, and hateful towards authority and moral constraints, which they’ll view as impositions upon their absolute sovereignty. As adults, they’ll see it as their mission in life to subvert and tear down all moral restraints and institutions that stand between themselves and their insatiable egos and base appetites. The working principle of this sort of person is: “I am, therefore I am entitled.” "
